Planning a trip over Halloween, what can we expect or plan? We have two children.

Halloween is a fun time to be at Walt Disney World.  I would definitely have you consider purchasing the extra tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party which is held on various nights in the Magic Kingdom.  They will definitely have the party on the 31st but that is the one ticket that will sell out quickly and be the most crowded.  There most likely will be other options for you to choose from as the party is held every few days.

We have gone to the party both on Halloween night as well as other nights and we have always dressed up in costume which makes the event more fun!  Look for tickets going on sale around May 1 but keep checking the Disney website for further updates, www.disneyworld.com.

The park crowds in general are considered moderate as there is the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival going on and fall break crowds.  But it is very manageable with lines and the weather is generally wonderful with cooler nights and mornings but sunny warm days.
