I am planning a trip in 08/2009 for a group of about 16 people. I would like to arrange for them to be welcomed with a little trinket/keepsake waiting at the hotel. Any ideas?

    Hello Candis,

I love surprises!!!!  May I suggest that if it were me, I would surprise the whole gang with Magical Gathering t-shirts that are personalized for your group.  They will be able to take these home afterwards and still get some use from a shirt and while at Walt Disney World you can have some fun wearing them, and getting noticed is never bad...not here anyways!  One added will not lose anyone (all will be easy to spot with the same shirts on!!!!!).  I will provide you with the "Grand Gathering Merchandise" link and you can see if this is something you would like to do and if your budget will allow this idea.

My other suggestion, if you are not interested in the above would be to contact Grand Gatherings Travel Planners that are available to help you plan things right now and to keep everything going smoothly once you arrive. They can help with your hotels, tickets or dining, and arrange special products and services that will make your Grand Gatherings vacation an unforgettable experience. So call (407) WDW-MAGIC. Grand Gatherings Services are available for qualifying parties.  You may even find something you would like at the "Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop".  They not only do flowers, but any type of gift can be delivered to your groups hotel rooms (there are sooo many options!).  I hope this gives you something to start with anyways.

Best wishes for a grand gathering,
