We are planning a trip to the galactic star cruiser then a stay at the Contemporary. Is there a place we can store our extra luggage since the standard rooms on the star cruiser do not seem to have extra storage space?

Hiya Tracie - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question today. Here at planDisney we love to help Guests just like you plan magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

It sounds like you have an extra magical intergalactic vacation coming up next month - I'm so excited for you! I think it's an absolutely great idea to do a so-called "split stay" to add some additional days after your Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser adventure. While the Standard Cabins aboard the Halcyon starcruiser are compact, most Guests have found there to be ample room to store their luggage. Similar to many of the rooms at Disney Resort hotels and on Disney Cruise Line ships, there is ample space underneath the primary queen-size bed that's great for storing luggage during your voyage. There is also extra space underneath the secondary vanity area in the entrance hallway that would be a good spot for a suitcase to stay out of the way.

If you find that you do not have enough room to adequately store your belongings in your cabin, please reach out to Bell Services aboard the Halcyon for assistance. While they may not be able to offer storage for your entire voyage, they will be able to transfer your luggage to Disney's Contemporary Resort and may be able to initiate that process early, before you arrive back on Earth.

I hope this information is helpful as you plan for your upcoming adventure. Have an amazing trip!
