We are planning a trip to Florida for March 2010 and plan to bring our 2 year old to the Magic Kingdom for a day. What are your suggestions for must see attractions, places to eat, shows to see, etc. for her age group? Thanks!

Hi Beckie - it sounds as though you are looking to spend only one day at the Magic Kingdom, so you'll want to do some research in advance to make sure that you maximize your time.  By choosing the attractions you want to visit before you arrive, you can make an advance plan.

Fantasyland is where you are likely to spend most of your time, so I'd recommend that you start out there.  My kids love the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, it's a small world, Mickey's Philharmagic, Peter Pan's Flight, Ariel's Grotto, Dumbo, and Cinderella's Carousel.

For a table service meal, I'd recommend the character meal at the Crystal Palace, which is a buffet hosted by Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore.  If you'd rather have a quick service meal, I'd suggest Pinocchio's Village Haus in Fantasyland.

Your daughter may also enjoy the 3pm parade that takes place at the park - check your times guide at the park for more information.  We generally stand in Frontierland to watch the parade.

    Have a great vacation!
