Hi Kathy,
Thank you for visiting us today at the
Disney Parks Moms Panel. Glad to help you plan your vacation for next
Spring at Walt Disney World Resort.
My family loves the
Dining Plans, which are only available as part of a vacation package. For us, it is a great way not to worry about budgeting for meals or future credit card bills, since we can prepay for them. The
Disney Dining Plan is our go-to, which includes one Quick-Service meal, one Table-Service meal, and two Snacks, per person and per night of stay. Plus, each Guest receives a refillable mug good at any of the Resort Hotels beverage refillable stations for soda, coffee, tea or hot chocolate. We typically have a light breakfast taking advantage of Snacks and the Resort Hotel room coffeemaker. Lunch is at any of the Theme Parks, taking advantage of the new
mobile-order option of the
My Disney Experience mobile app. And we finish the day with a sit-down family dinner, either discovering different world cuisines at Epcot World Showcase, or a fun character dinner, like at
Chef Mickey's.
One last tip: even if you decide not to take advantage of a Dining Plan, make sure you make any
dining reservations starting at 180 days before Check-In, in particular for popular options like
Cinderella's Royal Table. Happy planning!
Ricardo.
