    We are planning a trip the first week of October 2012. In the Customize Your Trip section, the amenities listed for the Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter have 'complimentary Wi-Fi access' listed. The resort details say it's wired/pay. Which is correct?”

    Hey Justin!

    Disney's Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter does indeed have complimentary wifi internet access in the guest rooms, pool area, lobby, bus stops, and  Porte-Cochère.  The new wireless internet access is still considered to be in the testing phase, which is probably why all of the websites haven't been updated at this time.

    I have used the new wifi access and it works great for browsing the web, streaming music, and checking emails!  There's a very simple verification process and  then you'll be on your way to surfing the internet in no time!
