Hi. I am planning a trip for the first week of May 2010. I tried to choose a time that was not to too croweded and still has nice hot weather. Is this a good time to go?

    Hi Melissa,

I think this is a GREAT time to go!  You've hit the nail on the head when you said that it's not too crowded and the weather is nice.  This is exactly how I would describe early May.  As long as you avoid Mother's Day weekend, I would expect crowd levels to be very reasonable.  Most U.S. schools do not start summer vacations until late May-June.

Be sure to schedule some time at Epcot to enjoy theInternational Flower & Garden Festival, as it is a highlight of the spring season.  I just love touring the park looking for all of the unique, yet familiar topiaries.

    Have a great trip!
