At this time, there aren't any official announcements as to what exciting things Guests will be experiencing in February 2017. Right now, news found on Disney Parks Blog pertain mostly to Holiday festivities happening now until January 8, 2017. I suggest checking back on Disney Parks Blog towards the end of the year to see announcements for early 2017.

On the Disneyland Resort website, you can check out planned refurbishment occurring throughout both parks. On the daily calendar, you can select the dates you'll be at the parks and see which attractions and entertainment will be closed for refurbishment.
