Hi, we are planning a trip for the first two weeks of May 2019. Will the Star Wars galactic spectacular and also the dessert party for this be running at that time? If so when am I able to book this up? Thanks.

Hello Jacqueline, the force is strong with bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I have been in contact with some spies from the Resistance and they were able to transmit some information to me that can help you plan your upcoming trip. I see that you will be visiting around May the 4th, or as we call it in my family, “Star Wars Day.” In the past, there have been special events that were announced closer to May the fourth be with you day.

My spies have told me that they were unable to find the schedule for Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular this far in advance. Resistance has told me that the schedule could be released as soon as next week. I have also discovered that you can typically book special dining events up to 180 days in advance. If you are unable to book the Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party 180 days before you plan to attend, keep checking back before the holidays for openings. Some special events may not be available for booking until 60 days in advance. This will be an evening long remembered for you and your padawans. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

May the force be with you,
    Andrea
