We are planning a trip for 2014 first of May. We are a family of four boys will be 18 and 16. Would it be cheaper to get 2 rooms at a value resort or get a family suite at a value resort? Also, would it be better just to go ahead and go for moderate

    Hi there Sheila,

It's great to go a head and start planning your vacation far in advance! Not only do you get into the Disney spirit early but you get to make your choices as you need them.

I think that getting two rooms at the value resorts is the most economic way. If you go for the family suite you will have a kitchenette though and if you are driving down you could have more flexibility with meals. The moderate resorts are a little bit larger but there is more cost involved. Definitely look into the price differences by checking the reservation site. If you make your reservation early, and there are discounts posted prior to your departure, talk to Disney Resort reservations to see if you qualify for a discount!

Thank you so very much for asking the Moms Panel! I hope you have a Magical day and good luck with your planning! If you need more help, we are always here for you!
