Hi!! We are planning a trip between February and May 2018. We are 2 families, 10 people...wow!! Can you tell me more or less the months, time or dates that Disney used to offer free service dining plan? Or when they are offered. Just to have an idea. Thx!!

    Hi Marcela,

Glad to know you are busy planning a vacation for 2018. It is never too early to start and get ready to discover how The Magic is Endless at Walt Disney World Resort.

You can actually make room reservations at a Disney Resort hotel up to 500 days in advance, by calling a Vacation Planning Specialist at (407) 939-1936, or your travel agent. Rates will be subject to change until next year's rates are released. However, to book a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, you will have to wait a little more. Patience you must have, my young Padawan...

Only Mickey knows when and how he will surprise us with Special Offers. In years past, free Disney Dining Plan offers have been available for the general public during the fall season. Our friends at mouseavers.com keep a comprehensive list of past offers and discounts, including when they were released.

One last tip: regardless of how you book, remember to plan ahead and make advanced dining reservations up 180 days early. This is important for best selection and big parties. Just visit the Walt Disney World restaurants and reservations page. Happy planning!
