We are planning our trip for February 2015 and want to know if we receive our MagicBands in the mail before we leave, do we still need to show up at our resort hotel first or can we go straight to the parks?

    Hi Angela!

Wow, it is so awesome that you have your Walt Disney World vacation already planned for 2015! You will not have to check into your Walt Disney World Resort first before going to the parks as long as your MagicBands are active in your My Disney Experience and you have a valid Magic Your Way  ticket linked to them (in order to enter a Walt Disney World theme park you would need a valid ticket linked to each MagicBand). You should be able to head to a Walt Disney World park to start having some fun while you wait to check in to your Walt Disney World Resort at a later time on that day.

I hope that your February 2015 Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
