Hi there, Andrea - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan their very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
I'm so excited to hEAR that you're planning a trip for this upcoming February! Great choice - this is one of my favorite times of year to visit. The cooler weather and plentiful sunshine are a perfect escape!
There are many different
Theme Park Ticket purchase options, both directly through Walt Disney World Resort, and through other vendors. Depending on who you actually purchased the tickets from, you have different options for investigating this issue. If you purchased the tickets directly from Walt Disney World Resort and the documentation you received from them indicated a January 2024 expiration date, you will want to
call and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. If your My Disney Experience account is showing a different expiration, there's really nothing you will be able to do yourself without getting their assistance.
If you purchased the tickets through a third party vendor, which is typically the case for any discounted tickets, you should contact that vendor directly, as they are the ones who likely indicated the January 2024 expiration date. I would start with them to first get confirmation that the tickets you purchased
should have a January 2024 expiration date, and then I would
contact a Cast Member for assistance. If, for some reason your tickets do expire sooner than you intend to use them, you can explore your options with the Cast Member over the phone to secure the tickets you'll need for your February trip.
I know this likely isn't the simple answer you were hoping for, but I think it will get you started towards a resolution. Once that's worked out, you can start the fun part of planning! If you're still thinking about where to stay, I recommend staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel to be immersed in the magic day and night!
