We are planning a trip in Feb./Mar. and my husband really wants to go to at least one of the water parks. Is it typically warm enough at this time of year for that?

Hi Michele!  The weather can certainly vary at this time of year.  The days most likely will be warm but the evenings can still remain cooler.  I would suggest you have your husband  visit the water parks mid day when the sun has had time to warm everything around.  All of the pools and water park waters at Disney are heated to 82 degrees so the water is warm and you just have to endure the possible cool breezes when getting out of the pools.  Enjoy!
