Hi, I am planning a trip with my family for Thanksgiving week... Trying to compare crowd levels at resorts and how bad buses will be between Art of Animation and Port Orleans Riverside. Need help on deciding ...Brave the crowds for savings..

    Hi Brenda!

Congratulations on your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

You are going to LOVE visiting during the Thanksgiving week! It is such a fabulous time to be there! Resort occupancy rates are a function of any Special Offers and Special Events taking place during your visit. Therefore, it is difficult to determine which resort will have more vacancy at this time. I would definitely suggest booking your resort based on your budget and theming preferences instead. Personally I can't wait to try the amazingly themed and extremely spacious Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort! By the way, be sure to inquire about which restaurants will be offering a special Thanksgiving Holiday Menu. Please contact Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE to book your reservation. Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Enjoy a most magical Thanksgiving Celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort!

My family fell in love with the Disney Magic aboard our first Disney cruise with Captain Mickey in 2006. I personally love to spread pixie dust, as I truly enjoy sharing my Disney experience with everyone! Learn More About Ritzy
