We are planning at trip with another family from another state, how can we be assured rooms near each other.

    Hello Jennifer!

How exciting to be traveling to Walt Disney World with another family!  It is definitely a great place to meet up and have a wonderful time together.

There is no way to absolutely guarantee you'll have rooms which are located near each other.  However, you can take steps to ensure your request is entered into the system which may make it easier when you check-in to your room.  Be sure to contact a reservations Cast Member at 407-939-7675 and ask to make a note on both reservations that your party is traveling together and would like to have rooms in the same area.

When you arrive at the resort, kindly remind the Cast Member at the desk of your wishes.  They will do try their hardest to get both parties in a similar location, but it will all depend on room availability at the time.  Having both reservations linked will definitely help your chances, though.

I hope this answers your questions!  Please come back and see us again real soon!
