    Hi Moms! I am planning a trip for my family of 4. We have invited a couple of other family members to join us, but wil not know for certain if they are coming until after we book. Can we add the "grand gatherings" options after our family members

    Hi Rebecca!

        The more the merrier!  If you haven't already booked your family's vacation, you can actually book it as a Grand Gathering from the get go.  Even if it is currently just the four of you, advise the Cast Member that other family members may be joining you.  If you have already booked, just call the folks at 1-407-WDISNEY and have them adjust your reservation to become a Grand Gathering.

        Once your family decides on their plans, just have them call in and book under your Grand Gathering number.  If for some reason they decide to stay home, just call Disney and let them know that you are no longer a Grand Gathering.  Don't worry, this happens all the time!
