I am planning a trip for my family which will include 8 grown ups and 5 children ages 2 - 12. Can I book all of the rooms at the same time and have all of our plans attached?

    Welcome to planDisney Joanne!

A huge travel party like yours sounds like so much fun! I think matching shirts and a photo in front of Cinderella Castle should be at the top of your "must do" list!

Each room that you reserve will require its own reservation. During checkout, you can include the information that you will be traveling with another party. It will ask for their name and arrival date. Then, during online check-in prior to your arrival, you can request a room near each other or connecting rooms. While they will do their best to accommodate you, requests cannot be guaranteed. You may want to call a friendly Cast Member after all your reservations are made to have a note put on your reservation that you would like to be with your travel party.

You will also want to connect on Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience account. This will allow you to share your plans with each other. Another very important step is to book your Theme Park Reservations. Each guest will need a reservation along with their Theme Park Ticket to enter a park.

Have a blast planning your vacation! Put on your Mouse Ears and let the countdown begin!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
