Hi! We are planning a trip in the fall and are wondering if our flight on the 19th arrives at 11:30pm, will we be able to check in based on our reservations at the WL after midnight on the 20th which is our arrival date?

    Hi Rudolf!

Yes, you will be able to check in at the Wilderness Lodge Resort after midnight on your arrival day of the 20th, but there is no guarantee that room will be ready for you at that time.  Standard check in is 3:00 pm, but usually rooms are ready before that time.  When you check in you can explain to the Cast Member checking you in that you have traveled all night and you would like a room as soon as it is available (Disney really tries hard to accommodate Guest's requests).  You can relax in the comfy chairs or sofas in the Wilderness Lodge Lobby while you are waiting for your room to be ready.  There is a really awesome fireplace with comfy chairs on the fourth floor of the Wilderness Lodge Lobby right over the Lobby entrance that would make a great place to wait for your room to be ready.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly amazing and even magical!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
