We are planning a trip for fall 2011, we are staying on the property without a vehicle, do you suggest leaving the property to go but snacks, milk (traveling with baby), or will it be to time consuming and $$ (taxi) or should we just plan on buying at WDW

    Hi Shanda,

I recommend that you order your groceries ahead of time through Garden Grocer (GardenGrocer.com). They are a delivery service that will bring your order to your Disney Resort. The delivery fee is much less than a taxi cab, and you don't have to waste a moment of your precious vacation time shopping. You can choose a delivery time that is convenient for you. If you happen to not be there when it arrives, Bell Services will store the food for you. Don't worry, they'll refrigerate the perishables. I have used Garden Grocer many times and I've found their prices to be comparable to the stores in our area.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
