We are planning our 2nd trip this fall and I noticed the Free Dining is offered at that time but it only offers the Quick Service for the Value Resorts. Can you pay the difference to upgrade to basic dining because we enjoy some table service restaurants?

Hi, Lisa!   While Quick Service Dining is the dining plan that is offered for "Free" with Value Resorts for the Free Dining special offer, you can pay the upgrade to the Basic Disney Dining Plan.    My family is doing this for our August vacation.  My kids really wanted to stay at All-Star Music, but Mommy wants some sit-down meals!  It did cost us a bit more to add on the Basic Dining Plan, but as I sit at a nice table service meal each day, it will be worth the small up-charge!

To see what the difference in cost will be for your family, call a Disney Reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY to get a price quote.   I hope you and your family enjoy Free Dining!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
