    We are planning a trip in early Sept. for a week (planning to stay at PO-FQ) but haven't booked it yet because I keep reading that that is prime time for good deals (in the past-free dining?). How long should I give it before booking?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Pros Moms Panel with your question.  What is better than a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation?  Getting a deal on a Walt Disney World Vacation!  I understand your wanting to wait for deals to be announced, but I am happy to tell you that even if you book your vacation package now, if a special comes up, you can modify your booking to include the special promotion if available.  All you have to do is call (407) 939-7675 when you see that a special offer has become available and a Disney Agent will be more than happy to assist you with the changes to your existing reservation if available.

    Disney has offered special promotions such as free dining during this time period in the past, however that does not guarantee that the same promotion will be offered again for 2013.  I would recommend to keep checking the Special Offers tab on the Walt Disney World website to see if an offer becomes available.
