We are planning a trip to DW for the summer for my family of 3. If we decide to bring one of my children's friends later on is it possible to adjust the number of people in the room and add the additional pass at a later time?

    Hi Nadia,

How nice for you to consider bringing one your children's friend on your vacation. I'm sure everyone will have an awesome time!

In general, you can make changes to a Walt Disney World Resort reservation up to a few days before arrival, however depending on your type of reservation and when it is done, it may result in a fee. You may want to speak to a vacation planning expert at (407) 939-1936, or your travel agent. Another consideration you need to take into account is room availability. For a family of three, adding a fourth Guest should not present any issues, but if the total becomes five, you may have to change Resorts. Finally, remember dining reservations and FastPass+ selections may not be available for your last minute additional Guests, so it is best to make the changes as soon as possible.

One last tip: connect all your Family & Friends to your My Disney Experience account. This will help in making changes to dining and FastPass+, and in sharing your PhotoPass photos and videos.
