Hello Jill,
You're never too young for the most magical place on earth! I think seeing the magic through their eyes makes it all "worth the hassle," in my opinion. In order to make the most of your planning, budget, and time, I have several suggestions for you.
Be sure to check out the official
Walt Disney World planning page for traveling with little ones. Here you will find sample itineraries, lists of attractions best suited for toddlers and infants, as well as a downloadable guide. In addition to this, there are
Baby Care Centers in each of the four theme parks. These can come in handy when you want to get a quiet break from the noise and crowds in the park.
I would suggest
Magic Kingdom and
Disney's Animal Kingdom for your toddlers. These tend to have the most attractions geared toward those tiny tots. Some of my kids' favorite rides as preschoolers were in both of these parks. When your not riding attractions, keep an eye on the times guide for entertainment and parades. Many of the shows are often in air-conditioned theaters and are great opportunities to take a break from walking, while also engaging them. Be sure to stay hydrated and pack sunscreen.
Have a wonderful trip and don't forget to be a "kid" yourself!
