    We are planning a trip down in Oct 2014; how far ahead to they typically announce Free Dining plans? I can't wait to book our trip, but don't want to miss out if they announce Free Dining later.... thanks!

    Hello Eric!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I love the Disney Dining Plan and it is even better when it is free. 

    Unfortunately, no one knows when or if the Free Dining Promotion will be released for 2014 travel dates.  I would suggest purchasing your Disney vacation now and if the Free Dining Promotion becomes available, you can call and change your package at that time.  In the past, the Free Dining Promotion has been announced in Spring for Fall and Winter travel dates.  Keep an eye on the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website for an up to date list of the promotions being offered.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
