Hi, Julia Margarita!
One of the best parts of visits to the Disneyland Resort is enjoying all of the delicious food! There are so many great dining choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Generally speaking, breakfast is served from the time the park opens until 11:00 a.m. at most table-service and counter-service restaurants that offer a breakfast menu, but you can find items like fresh fruit, pastries, muffins, coffee and tea throughout the day at bakeries and snack carts in both theme parks. If you have time for a sit-down breakfast, I suggest Carnation Café on Main Street, U.S.A. You’ll find menu items such as huevos rancheros and Mickey-shaped waffles with bacon or sausage. If you’re looking for a quick-service morning meal, stop by Tomorrowland Terrace for an order of French toast or a breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and a biscuit.
Most of the casual counter-service dining locations have the same menu for lunch and dinner, but table-service restaurants like Blue Bayou, Carthay Circle Restaurant and Ariel’s Grotto have separate lunch and dinner menus. The dinner menu typically begins being served between 4:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon.
Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling (714) 781-DINE (3463). I’d be happy to help narrow down your restaurant choices if you need assistance, Julia Margarita—dining in Disneyland is one of my favorite topics!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
