Planning trip to DL 9/13 with 4 adult and 2 kids, staying at DH. Trying to decided between 1 bdrm suite or 2 separate rooms. Can you tell me about the layout of the suites? Also what views are available? Celebrating Grandparents first vsit!

I just love staying on property at the Disneyland Resort. My family just spent three fantastic nights there last week. Being able to stay late and take that one, or two, last rides on your favorite attraction is so much fun. We all rode on Grizzly River Run so many times before California Adventure closed and had the best time knowing we would be in our room in a few minutes tops! So awesome. With all of the new upgrades the Disneyland Hotel is a great place to stay. Each of the towers is really cool although I prefer the Frontier tower because of the miniature replica of Big Thunder Railroad they have in the lobby. I have attached a link so you can see photos of the suites to decide which is best for your needs. The views can range from the parking lot to a view into Downtown Disney.  In addition to the awesome rooms, you need to check out the fun Monorail waterslide and pool. I think it is the best on property and I bet you will too. For a real fun treat head on over for a bite and a delicious drink at Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar. The bar is so perfectly decorated with everything from tikis, ships in bottles, and even a volcano right out each 'window' that will erupt when certain drinks are ordered. The food is really yummy too. Both of my girls really enjoyed this meal and my wife and I had a great time. The bar is located right next to the pool. The Disneyland Hotel really a great place for you and the family to make this the best vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth ever. I hope this assists and I will see you at the parks.
