Disney Floral & Gifts is a great website to help get your celebration started! I just ordered several items including a balloon bouquet this past December for the holidays. They delivered the items to my hotel before I even arrived and it was so fun to surprise my family! You can order a character-themed balloon bouquet and add on a Mickey Mouse plush. Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside as well as
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. Please keep in mind that the delivery will be waiting at bell services until a room number has been assigned. Once the room number is known, you can ask bell services to deliver the gifts to the room. Because you arrive soon, I would recommend ordering the items now to ensure they are available and will be delivered on your arrival date.
If you happen to have a dining reservation while you are at Walt Disney World Resort, there is a Mickey Mouse Celebration cake that would be a fun addition to your meal! Because this is a specialty cake, you would need to preorder. You can view the list of participating table-service restaurants, as well as additional details
here. I would also suggest asking a cast member at your resort hotel's front desk for a complimentary "Happy Birthday!" celebration button to have as a special keepsake for your grandson. If it's his first time visiting Walt Disney World Resort, you can also ask for a "1st Visit!" celebration button.
