Planning our 2nd trip to Disney(late March '12). (1st trip-Caribean Beach) Having a VERY difficult time deciding between Coronado Springs and Port Orleans Riverside. Our main concerns are walking distances, bus ride times and food options, any suggestions?

    Hi Andria!

I definitely recommend going with Port Orleans Riverside.  It's my favorite Disney Moderate Resort.  In fact, it was recently voted number one by the panelists on the Moms Panel in an unofficial "contest".  I think it is a much nicer place to stay than Coronado Springs.  Port Orleans has a nice food court court and Table Service Restaurant.  It also has a nice pool and playground area and it offers boat service to Downtown Disney, which is a fun and relaxing way to get there.

Coronado Springs has a much nicer pool area, but that is about it.  Coronado Springs is too large, especially if you don't have your own car.  If you have your own car, then I don't think its size is that big of a problem.

Good luck with your decision and write back if you have any more questions!
