    I am planning a trip to Disneyland and will be visiting on a morning that has extra magic hours. I will not be a hotel guest this time, what time will I be allowed into the park and able to ride the rides?

    Based on the arrival date you provided, it appears that Extra Magic Hour and Magic Morning will occur at Disneyland Park from 8 AM to 9 AM. The park will be opened for the general public at 9 AM. At that time, you'll be able to enter and enjoy the attractions and entertainment at Disneyland Park. I suggest still arriving early and allotting time for bag check and security.
