Hello. I am planning a trip to Disneyland with 1 night stay Grand Californian and 1 day park hopper. We were planning to stay at the resort as a resort day our first day and then the next day have our park day. Can we keep our car parked and pay additiona?

    Hey Maria!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited about your stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! It is my favorite Disney Hotel and I just love the craftsman elegance throughout the property. Unfortunately for me, my next stay at the hotel isn’t until August but I’d love to help you with yours! GCH Craftsman Bar is one of my favorites to dine at. Try to make a dining reservation if you can. It’s in the pool area and will be perfect for lunch or dinner on your resort day. I highly recommend the Poke Bowl and the Baked Nachos. Sometimes there’s even live music, I just know you’re going to love it!

I love your strategy of having a resort day followed by your park day. You’ll be happy to hear that parking is charged on a per-night basis. You’ll be able to keep your car parked at the hotel the second day while you're at the parks with just the one night’s parking fee. I’ve done this many times but just make sure you keep your hotel key card as you’ll need that to exit the parking lot. Don’t forget that as a hotel guest you’ll have access to early entry which allows you to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park 30 minutes before the scheduled opening. You’ll also need your hotel key card to access early entry.

Well Maria, if you have any more questions we’re always here and happy to help.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
