    Hi there :) We're planning our trip to Disneyland next week and need to know if we will be able to shuttle from parking to the park? I've heard mixed messages about the parking shuttle. Could you please clear this up?

    I’m so glad you found planDisney and brought us your Disneyland Resort question. I bet you’re getting excited to explore all the magic that awaits!

    As you may have heard, the trams from the parking structures to the theme parks aren’t currently operating. Guests are able to walk to the parks from these parking areas via a dedicated walkway, and bus service is still available to and from the Toy Story Parking Area. Wheelchair, stroller and Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) rentals are available right at the parking structures while the trams are closed to assist Guests who are unable to walk long distances. There are also a limited number of Preferred Parking spaces at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and Pixar Pals Parking Structure available for an additional cost that are conveniently located closer to the elevators and escalators.
