Hey there, Meagan, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad you've returned with your question about the nighttime spectaculars at Disneyland Resort because they are absolutely breathtaking!
Currently, the
entertainment schedule for Disneyland Resort is available about 4-6 weeks in advance and I was able to look up your intended weekend in March to see that
Wondrous Journeys with Fireworks is scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Isn't that exciting? I should mention that
fireworks are subject to change, due to a variety of factors including weather patterns. But I am sending you faith, trust, and a little pixie dust, hoping that you'll be able to experience this special nighttime spectacular during your upcoming visit! While most Guests traditionally opt for the viewing area in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, there are plenty of wonderful views along Main Street U.S.A. with images projected on the facades of those buildings, or over in Fantasyland on the "it's a small world" facade. There are so many great options to catch the incredible storytelling that comes alive in Wondrous Journeys!
If you are planning to visit Disney California Adventure Park, I hope you can also make time to see
World of Color - ONE, another nighttime spectacular that features water projections, pyrotechnics, synchronized lighting, and more! Currently, Guests may join the
virtual queue within the Disneyland mobile app beginning at noon each day. Joining the virtual queue at that time will allow you access to a reserved viewing area for a prime vantage point.
I hope these few recommendations are helpful to you, Meagan! If you have any other questions, I hope you'll
reach out again for more personalized advice. We love helping our fellow Guests make the most of their visit to the 'Happiest Place on Earth!'
Magic awaits you,
Tishra
