We are planning a trip to Disneyland in late October. We have transportation and lodging booked which can all be cancelled. With Covid cases on the rise, I'm nervous to book park tickets now that are non-refundable. What options do I have if any?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, David!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Our goal is to help you have the most MAGICAL time ever!

I want to start off by saying that Mickey Mouse and his pals are working REALLY hard to keep every Guest as safe as possible while visiting the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! However, we totally understand your apprehension with the increase in COVID-19 cases. You are correct in saying that all Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable; HOWEVER, Guests do have the flexibility to use their tickets within the expiration date timeframe. Guests also have the ability to cancel their Disneyland Theme Park Reservations and make new reservations when they feel completely safe in enjoying the Disneyland Theme Parks. The bottom line is that you do have some flexibility with your tickets.

I hope this information helps you in your planning. As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
