G’day, Julie! Welcome to
planDisney. I love how far out you’re planning. Whew, look at that date range! As Luigi would say, “I like-a your style!” You’re going to have a great holiday and really get the opportunity to enjoy the parks thoroughly.
You’re also making a great choice in staying at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel. The benefits of staying on the property are immense, especially the proximity to the parks and
Downtown Disney. Regarding hotel accommodations, rooms become available 120 days before your intended arrival. Set a calendar reminder for the big day so you can grab the reservation you're hoping for.
Park reservations usually become available 180 days in advance, so it would make sense to purchase your tickets then as well. You can select the park hopper option and
Lightning Lane Multipass options as you purchase your tickets. Lightning Lane Premier Pass can be purchased 7 days in advance of your park visit, starting at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, though the availability is quite limited. Lightning Lane Single Pass can be purchased on the day of your visit.
Julie, I hope this clears up the timeline for purchases. If you’re in the parks towards the end of your stay, you might be around for the start of the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. This is the most magical time of year. The decorations, treats, and parade never disappoint. I hope this trip brings many magical memories to you. If you have any other planning questions, don’t hesitate to come right back to
planDisney. I hope you have a magical day!
