Hi! Planning a trip to Disneyland for April 2017! We are staying at the Paradise Pier resort hotel. My question is, how dark are the rooms? Should I bring my own nightlight for my 5 year old?

    Hello Patricia!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

The rooms all of the Disneyland Resort Hotels can get pretty dark. Each has blackout shades or curtains and a thinner more translucent shade or curtain as well. You could pull them not quite all the way closed to let a little light escape, or leave a bathroom light on and pull the door closed so just a little light shines through, but if your child is used to the nightlight I would bring that. It can be comforting to have something from home on a trip away.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit.

    See you real soon!
