Hi Jaclyn,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love your question! Mickey always has fun welcoming back his Pals, and I'm excited to hear you're planning a return to Walt Disney World. Walt Disney himself said "Disneyland will never be completed, as long as there is imagination left in the world," and I think the same is true of Walt Disney World. As someone who's enjoyed visiting Walt Disney World frequently for over 20 years, I can attest that yes, a lot has changed since your last visit. What hasn't changed, in my opinion, is that there's still lots of magic awaiting you — both in the classic attractions you remember and the many new exciting, imaginative, and immersive experiences. Let's start with the just-opened
Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Who wouldn't want to play in Andy's backyard with all his Toy Story friends and ride a Slinky Dog Dash coaster? And then there's Pandora – The World of Avatar which just celebrated its first anniversary at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Talk about breathtaking and visually stunning! Walking through the Valley of Mo'ara is mesmerizing, and I think
Avatar Flight of Passage is the most indescribably awesome attraction I've ever experienced. Even your Magic Kingdom favorites like Fantasyland make for an entirely new and enchanting experience with the New Fantasyland expansion that opened since your last visit. I haven't even started to mention all the stunning resort hotels, amazing dining experiences, spectacular shows, or Disney Springs. My best suggestion, Jaclyn, is to check out the
Free Planning Videos to get a full idea of all that a Walt Disney World vacation can offer.
Enjoy your Disney!
