We are planning a trip to Disney World and I have a question regarding the Guest Assistance Pass for a guest with multiple disabilities. Can it be used for character greetings if there is a long line?

    Hi Mary!

Disney's Guest Assistance Card is geared for use by guests who require an alternative means of enjoying the attractions. It will alerts Cast Members who are at the queue that you may need to experience the attraction in your comfort zone, and they are very accommodating.

GAC's are not traditionally used for a character meet and greets, as these character experiences happen at differing locations and at multiple times throughout the day.  Although there is nothing explicitly prohibiting them from use, most guests do not use for a meet and greet.  My best suggestion to you would be to speak to the Cast Member at the location to let them know you have a GAC, and if they would be willing to honor it there.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
