we are planning a trip to Disney World in October 2016...there will be 2 children 13 and 8 and 6 adults...when should I start looking for prices and booking hotels... I have 2 knee replacements are there certain p;aces that would be better for me

    Hi Carol,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am used to travel with my parents and my in-laws and they all have mobility issues. A couple of surgeries and replacements as well. You should stay in a preferred room at the Disney resort of your choice and rent an ECV at all parks. Read all about Services for Guest with Mobility Disabilities. Study about the attractions that want to experience to see if it is an option for you. See videos at You Tube and read reviews at Touring Plans to be informed. You should start plan your vacation with eight months in advance. Therefore, when you reach the mark of six months earlier you will know exactly where you want to try your meal reservations. Come back if you have another question.

    Have a magical day!
