Hello, Stephanie,
Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so happy to hear you are planning a summer trip to Walt Disney World! You'll be making so many wonderful memories with your family and experiencing so many joyful and fun moments together. The
Happily Ever Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom are something you don't want to miss and can be enjoyed from a few other locations that won't be as loud as watching them in the Magic Kingdom.
There are three restaurants at nearby resorts where you could watch them:
Narcoossee's, '
Ohana, and
California Grill. You will still hear the fireworks, but it is much more muffled. You should also be able to see the fireworks from inside
Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you are on the Grand Canyon Concourse (same floor as Chef Mickey's and shopping), you can stand near the windows that look toward the Magic Kingdom to watch them, but it is not a direct view from inside. However, there is a viewing area nearby with seating if anyone in your family would want to watch them from outside.
To watch
Epcot Forever from inside, I'd recommend
La Hacienda de San Angel,
Monsieur Paul,
Spice Road Table, and
Tokyo Dining. Since these restaurants are inside Epcot, you will be much closer to the fireworks so it may be a bit louder at this park.
Since many of these restaurants are popular, especially around the time of the fireworks, I would encourage you to make
dining reservations beforehand.
If you have any further questions, please let us know. Wishing you a magical trip! -Kara
