We are planning a trip to Disney World in Jan. 2020. If I purchase my park tickets now, and something should occur that we are unable to make it to FL due to Covid-19 restrictions or illness, are we able to receive a refund for our tickets?

    Hi Stacey!

Thanks for stopping by the planDisney Panel! I can totally relate to your question. Without a doubt this pandemic has caused many of us to modify or cancel travel plans. For the most part, theme park tickets are non-refundable.   If you were to purchase the tickets and had to cancel your travel plans, you would  have to contact the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 566-4985 to discuss the options. I apologize for not having a more concrete answer as the information is constantly changing as we weather the storm.  I would recommend that you also familiarize yourself with this page as it contains the most up to date information on the re-opening of the theme parks: Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go

Did you know?: From time to time, the Walt Disney World Resort has special offers for rooms and tickets. Be sure to check these out by visiting this page: Special Offers, Deals and Discounts

It has been a pleasure assisting you Stacey! Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!
