We are planning a trip to Disney World for February. Is the beginning of the month a good time to go? Our kids are 8 and 4. We are going to have 3 days at the parks and were thinking of doing Magic Kingdom twice and Hollywood once. Is this a good idea?

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel! Oh, I just LOVED this question! Considering the ages of your little ones, I would back-up your plan 100%. Although there is so much to do at Disney's Animal Kingdom and Epcot, I think the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios will offer so much more DISNEY MAGIC for their age group. The Magic Kingdom has so many different "lands" to visit and this is the place to meet so many different Disney characters. Of course, how can you miss Cinderella's Castle and the Disney Princesses. You will also be able to enjoy some classic rides such as Peter Pan's Flight and Dumbo in Fantasyland. Hollywood Studios is also a great place to visit. The parades and shows are FANTASTIC! Although February is not a busy time, it will be nice knowing you will not have to rush. You will simply be able to enjoy yourselves. Now please do not get me wrong. All 4 theme parks are WONDERFUL, but when my time is limited, 2 days at the Magic Kingdom is a must with all my trips and Hollywood Studios is my second choice. Have a MAGICAL vacation filled with Pixie Dust!
