Hi, Jaime!
You already have a great plan established for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World, well done!
When Guests add the Disney Dining Plan onto a resort reservation, they'll get one set of entitlements per person per night of stay (not per day on park tickets.) This means that you'll each have a full set of Dining Plan entitlements for 6 nights if you are staying 6 nights / 7 days or for 7 nights if you are staying 7 nights / 8 days. At check-in, all of your entitlements will be added to your account so that you can access all of them, in any combination, from the moment you check in until midnight the night after you check-out.
So, if you are on the
Disney Dining Plan, which offers Guests one Quick Service, one Table Service and one Snack per person, per night of stay, you can decide how, when and in what combination you'd like to use them. For example, on one of your park days, you might decide to use two Table Service entitlements instead of one; that's fine, because you might want to only use Quick Service entitlements during one of your pool days. I find it best to make a list of the days we'll be in the parks and resort, then make a list of the Table and Quick Service locations we'd like to try and then book accordingly.
Should you need suggestions on must-see restaurants or ideas for dining during your non-park days, send another question; I've got lots of tips for many delicious QS and TS restaurants located outside of the parks. I love to help!
