We are planning a trip to Disney and we are thinking of staying at the Fort Wilderness Cabins. I was wondering about the pool area. I cannot seem to find any pictures of it, I was wondering how big it is and if there is water slides?

The Meadow Swimmin' Pool at Fort Wilderness is the main pool for both the campground and cabins.  It has recently been refurbished and now includes a themed slide, complete with twists and turns.  The main pool is quite large--certainly large enough to provide plenty of splashing room for many guests.  There is also an ample deck area, with many tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.

In addition to the main pool, Fort Wilderness guests also have the option of visiting a smaller pool that is situated closer to the entrance of the resort, nestled between two cabin loops.  The smaller pool does not feature theming, like the main pool does, but it may be just the place to go if you're looking to enjoy some quiet down time.
