We are planning a trip to Disney in soon and we received our magic bands. My father in laws is too small. We will be able to exchange it for a larger one?

    Hello Elizabeth,

If your MagicBands have arrived, it means your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner. Congratulations! I bet you're feeling positively pixie-dusted.

I am sorry to hear that his MagicBand does not fit. Unfortunately, the MagicBands are all one-sized and able to be made smaller, but not larger. Don't despair, there are other options to make sure your father-in-law still has a magical vacation. I have noticed other Guests in the parks keep their MagicBands in a pocket or secured to a belt loop, but my favorite alternatives to wearing it on your wrist are the new MagicKeepers. The carabiner style is easy to keep secured to your clothing, a lanyard or even a bag. You can purchase it, or other styles, online or once you arrive. Then, you just unscrew the middle disk icon from the MagicBand 2 and install it into the carabiner. If on property, ask a Cast Member if you need a screwdriver or any help.

Thank you so much for visiting, Elizabeth! Have a magical vacation and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.
