We are planning a trip to Disney, Orlando in April-2019 and are about to purchase e-tickets for the same. Could you please help with tips on where to exchange the e-tickets for the physical ones (as we won't be having MagicBands).

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ashish! Your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner. I’m so excited for you! Thank you for sending us your question.

The easiest way to exchange your e-tickets for admission cards is by visiting any Will Call office at any of the four theme parks. Just make sure to bring your e-tickets, identification and the credit card used to make your theme park ticket purchase. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to help you.

If you and your party do decide you would like to purchase MagicBands before your visit, you can easily do so on the Shop Disney site. You can also purchase specialty bands at many stores all over the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many adorable designs and they are easily linked to your My Disney Experience account.

There’s so much to look forward to during your Spring time visit. I hope you and your family will take some time to smell the roses and various other beautiful flowers at Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival. It’s a highlight for my family whenever we visit during the spring. The outdoor kitchens and live entertainment during the Garden Rocks Concert Series never disappoint!

Ashish, you can always come back to see us if you have any other planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical vacation!
