Hi Kimberly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I’m glad to hEAR you are considering a Character Dining Experience during your Disney Vacation. I am sure your kids will love it!
There are many wonderful options, but I have my preferences for little ones.
Chef Mickey’s is absolutely my favorite option. An unforgettable experience for boys, girls and adults. This restaurant is located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and while you dine, you will have an amazing encounter with Mickey Mouse and some of his friends. It’s my favorite place for breakfast.
At the Magic Kingdom Park, I would consider
The Crystal Palace restaurant, a buffet restaurant, inspired by Victorian greenhouses of the last 1800’s. It’s an all-you-care-to-enjoy experience, joining Winnie the Pooh and his pals.
Tusker House restaurant, located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, is also an excellent alternative. Delicious food and a special moment with Donald Duck and his friends for photos and autographs.
Reservations for Character Dining Experiences are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. When you make your reservations, remember to count every person, even your 02-year-old child. Cast members need the exactly number of people in each group in order to better accommodate every family.
Hope this information helps. Come back again if you have more questions.
Have a pixie-dusted day!
