    Planning a trip to Disney in 2013. I would like to help my daughter by giving her either Disney dollars or Disney gift cards for special occassions. Which would be better, something she could use towards paying for her room and tickets? Thanks

    Hi Marylou!

    Either Disney Dollars or Disney Gift cards would be a great choice.  I think both would be fun, especially the Disney Dollars (they're so cute and colorful!).  I'd probably do a mixture of both, as she can use the Disney Dollars at locations such as street vendors (that can't accept cards).  We always make sure to take at least $100 in cash for these types of instances.

    The great thing about Disney Gift Cards, is that they come with different characters, different occasions, etc.  A fun way to go about collecting money--and when she's done, she can even keep the cards as a souvenir!
