Happy holidays, Kris! I’m glad you stopped by planDisney with such a great question! Let’s prepare you for the most wonderful time of the year at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Some special holiday events at the Walt Disney World Resort require separate admission. Separate admission is required for
Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Those tickets can be purchased directly from the
Walt Disney World Resort website.
While special admission is required for some of the festive holiday events, others do not require special admission. The Candlelight Processional, held at the America Gardens Theatre in EPCOT, is part of your EPCOT admission ticket. However, that doesn’t guarantee seating for this popular event. Guests wishing to experience the story of Christmas as told by a celebrity narrator accompanied by an orchestra and choir, are strongly encouraged to get in line early. This is one of the most popular holiday events at the Walt Disney World Resort. Various special events are held through EPCOT as part of the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Many are included as part of your EPCOT admission!
Another fun holiday event is the Christmas Tree Stroll at
Disney Springs! No cost associated with the stroll (or for visiting Disney Springs). Guests can enjoy a series of Christmas trees themed to favorite Disney characters, attractions, movies, and more! The trees are set up at Disney Springs for all Guests to enjoy!
Kris, have a wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort this Christmas season!
Dreams do come true!
