Hi, planning 1st trip to Disney w/ DH DD5 DD8 staying ASMu 08/30-09/07. On most questions I see people walk @12 miles a day at the parks. Will my DD8 be able to handle that? I wasn't going to rent her a stroller, now I'm not sure? What do you guys do?

My son has been walking all of the parks at WDW since just turning 6. When he was smaller, we had to take a few more breaks where we would just find a bench to let him rest.

Now, we have a hard time keeping up with him!

Still there are times (especially later in the week) when he says "I need to take a rest break".

I would try to do the parks without the stroller. You can always rent a stroller if you find out it is needed.
